SO HOW DOES HYPNOSIS WORK? - Hypnosis is the repeated presentation of a safe, non-threatening suggestion to the subconscious while the mind and the body are relaxed. Most people can achieve a depth of hypnosis that will allow successful changes.

    To enter into any level of hypnosis, you must simply take several deep, slow relaxing breaths and stare at something above eye-level. This will take several minutes, during this time you listen to relaxing suggestions. All suggestions are safe, visually engaging, and encouraging you to relax even more. It is comparable to very deep day-dreaming without any interruptions.

WHO CAN BE HYPNOTIZED? - There are 7 depth levels to hypnosis; therefore almost everyone has experienced hypnosis several times. "Highway Hypnosis" is very common. Think of entering onto a turnpike or freeway and really not remembering what happened between your entrance and your exit. Another example is sitting in front of your computer and or a great book, thinking that you would only stay there around an hour...the next thing you realize over 2 hours have passed!
